All Pitzer clubs and organizations have a number of duties and privileges. Failure to meet certain requirements can result in losing funding or being disbanded. It is the responsibility of club leaders and members to be sure they are familiar with club policies and procedures.

Club & Organization Resource Guide

All student organizations must submit this form after an official meeting. This form is the responsibility of the organization's secretary or whoever has been designated by the organization charter. Whenever funding is allocated from a club's budget, it must be denoted in this form.

5C Clubs and Organizations

5C clubs and organizations open to all students within the 5C community. These clubs receive funding through Associated Students of Pomona College (ASPC) which each 5C contributes to. ASPC and the Smith Campus Center at Pomona College is responsible for managing and supporting 5C clubs and organizations.

Registration

All affairs related to 5C clubs and organizations (such as registering a new club and re-registering each year) take place on Engage. There is also a comprehensive Student Organization Handbook with policies and procedures specific to these clubs and organizations.

Funding

5C clubs and organizations can request funding from Pitzer Student Senate if are members in the group who are Pitzer students. While Pitzer can provide funding, it is then managed by the Associated Students of Pomona College (ASPC). To learn more, please visit our Funding webpage.
